Fees

Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.  If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.
No Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment and who do not call to cancel or reschedule will be considered a no shows and be subject to a $15.00 no show fee.

* Wait time rate: For round trips with drop-off locations over 15 miles from our office location in New Port Richey, FL 34653, that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $20.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments applies.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from our office location in New Port Richey, FL 34653, a surcharge rate of $1.25 per mile for every mile over 15 applies.
*** After hour rate: For trips outside normal business hours, $20 base rate and $2 per mile after 5 miles.
